Proudly from Monterrey, Mexico and firm to our traditions, from time to time we grill a regional Barbecue: “Carne Asada” (bbq), “Pollos al Ataúd” (chicken cooked in a coffin styled outdoor oven), “Discada” (beef/pork stew), “Frijoles con Veneno” (beans with beef and pork) and in special occasions even a “Lechoncito” (piglet) or a “Cabrito” (goat barbecue), the region’s specialty.
