Non-Disclosure Agreement
In accordance to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (which will be referred to as “The Law”) enforced in Mexico, we inform you that this Non-Disclosure Agreement (which will be referred to below as “NDA”) describes how Carbograf Industrial, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as “THE COMPANY”) with address at: Carretera Miguel Alemán Km 29.8 #2526, Pesquería, N.L. Mexico. C.P. 66650, could collect and use information provided by you through different means, such as electronic, printed, among others.
1.- THE COMPANY collects only information requested for: (a) identification purposes, (b) statistical purposes and / or (c) contact you via email in order to respond to your request in the different areas with relation to the company. In the collection of personal data we follow all the principles established by Law (article 6 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties): legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility.
2.- Your personal data will never be disclosed or shared with third parties (there will be no data transfer), nor will they be used for a different use than that indicated in point 1 above, unless there is a change in this NDA. However, we may contract with an external third party to handle and administer some issues related to our company, even though this third party may collect information about you on our behalf, we control the use of that information in accordance with this NDA. We do not market, sell or rent personal information about you to a third party without prior consent on your part or at the express request of the user, such as in cases of merger, acquisition or sale of assets carried out by THE COMPANY.
3.- The Personal Data Protection Facilitators on behalf of the Company’s Responsible are:

4.- The users of this NDA are recognized and may exercise the ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition), sending their request directly to the Responsible through the email account: info@carbograf.com. Request must contain: name, address and/or other means to communicate a response to your request; documents that prove the identity of the legal representative; clear and precise description of the personal data to exercise any of the ARCO rights and any other element that facilitates the location of it.
5.- THE COMPANY does not collect sensitive personal data from users. However, if the case arises, the express and written consent of the owner will be obtained for its treatment, through his autograph signature, electronic signature, or any authentication mechanism.
6.- This NDA complies with the requirements established by “the Law” (articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties).
7.- In the event that there is any change in this NDA, you will be notified as follows: (a) via email to registered account (b) published in our offices. We will not be responsible if you do not receive the notification of change in this NDA if there is a problem with your email account, data transmission over the internet or if you did not have access to the Portal for any reason not attributable to THE COMPANY .
8.- The company reserves the right to change this NDA at any time.
9.- The laws and regulations of different countries may impose different requirements (and even conflicts) on the Internet and the protection of information. We are located in Mexico and all matters related to this NDA are governed by the laws of Mexico. If you are located in any other country outside of Mexico and you contact us, please take into account that any information that you provide us will be transferred to Mexico, and at the time of entering your information you authorize this transfer and the acceptance of this NDA.
