When to use toll porcessing?
Toll processing is ideal for those clients that do not have the infrastructure required to carry out processes of grinding, screening, mixing, drying and packaging of their mineral products such as coal, graphite, among others.
Our service includes:

DESCRIPTION OF PROCESSES AND INFRASTRUCTURE
GRINDING
Process used to reduce the particle size of a material. It can range from large pieces of broken material (more than 30 cm) to the generation of fine powders such as talc.
Our infrastructure allows us to reach (at certain products) a super fine particle size of 600 mesh.

SCREENING
Process used to separate materials according to their particle size.

- Vibrating screens (circular and rectangular).

DRYING
Process that consists in the elimination of the partial or total moisture content of a material through the addition of heat and simultaneous extraction of humidity.

PACKAGING
Process where the materials manufactured by toll processing are packed. These materials are packed in super sacks (400-1500 kg) or paper bags (10-50 kg).
- The paper bags can be valved or stitched according to the customer needs.
- Our packaging complies with international trade standards.
